Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery. Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures; process payments swiftly and securely. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction. Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cashiering and cash handling.
