Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, billing, and processing payments accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles with a focus on guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for better understanding of food preparation and presentation Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Join us to deliver outstanding service in an energetic setting where your skills make every guest's experience extraordinary!
