Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while meeting guest preferences Prepare and serve food with attention to presentation, quality, and food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both the dining area and kitchen, adhering to food handling regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining spaces promptly for new guests Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including plating and garnishing Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during shifts, including cashiering duties with POS systems Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally Collaborate seamlessly with team members across front-of-house and kitchen to ensure efficient service flow Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory counts Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Culinary or kitchen experience preferred to support food prep and presentation tasks Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Experience with food industry tools such as serving trays, bussing supplies, and sanitation equipment Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and guest relations efforts Embrace this exciting opportunity to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
