Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink options to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision and accountability Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and ensuring cleanliness of work areas Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations quickly, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to keep service flowing smoothly Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays to accommodate peak service hours Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting!
