Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Server and bring your passion for exceptional guest experiences to life! In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during morning hours, ensuring every guest starts their day with a smile. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will create a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Breakfast hours are Mon-Fri-6am-10am Sat&Sun-7am-10am Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly as they arrive for breakfast service, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently Serve food and drinks with professionalism, upselling menu items when appropriate to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed, ensuring timely delivery of breakfast items in a fine dining or casual setting Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with precision Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy breakfast hours while providing exceptional guest relations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially with breakfast or brunch service Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic food safety practices within the food industry Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes every morning memorable!
