Full-Time Job Description:

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive individuals to join our team as Korean BBQ Servers. As a server, you will play a key role in creating a fun and interactive dining experience for our guests. Korean BBQ service is unique and hands-on, so we're seeking candidates who enjoy engaging with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning new skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner Explain menu items, including meats, side dishes (banchan), and cooking methods Assist guests with grilling meats at the table when needed Monitor tables to ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food promptly and check in regularly with guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members

Qualifications:

Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable interacting with guests and explaining menu items Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills (Not Required): Familiarity with Korean cuisine or BBQ-style dining Basic knowledge of Korean language or culture
