Busser/Food Runner

The Karr Group, Killington's largest hospitality management company, is hiring Bussers/Food Runners to join our team at Charity's 1887 Saloon. As a Busser/Food Runner, you'll play an important role in supporting servers, delivering food accurately, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining room, and helping ensure that every guest leaves with a positive experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food to guests in a timely and professional manner Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service Refill water and beverages as needed Assist servers with guest requests and table needs Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas Support opening, closing, and side-work duties Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Contribute to a positive team environment and outstanding guest experience

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
