On Call Catering/Server Staff - Tavern on the Tee at Ralph Myhre Golf Course On-siteStaffPart time004084 Middlebury, Vermont, United States Description The On-Call Server/Catering Staff supports banquets, tournaments, and special events at the golf course. This role provides flexible, event based service to ensure smooth and enjoyable guest experiences. This is a part time, non-benefits eligible, hourly position. This position has a base wage of $16.84 per hour. Position is typically active April through October. There is no guaranteed minimum for hours scheduled. Schedule is based on business demands. Responsibilites Assist with event setup, including table settings, buffet prep, and service stations. Provide attentive food and beverage service during catered events. Clear dishes, refresh service areas, and maintain event cleanliness. Break down event spaces following established procedures. Collaborate with event leads, kitchen staff, and other servers. Follow event timelines and directions to keep service running smoothly. Maintain professionalism with guests and event organizers. Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines. Requirements Prior banquet or catering experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to adapt to varying event needs and work on short notice. Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Physical Demands:

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must physically be able to lift 10-20 lbs. numerous times during the day. Requires frequent walking and long periods of time standing.
