Restaurant Server

Job Summary:

The Server will be responsible to provide high quality service and exceed all our customers' expectations.

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range:

Starting $8.21 per hour plus tip pool. The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience.

Shift & Schedule Availability:

Full-time year-round and full-time seasonal: May 15 through October 31 Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts are available Weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a high standard of hospitality from start to finish. Present menus, explain dishes and specials, and offer wine and pairing suggestions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions. Perform tableside service when required (e.g., running food). Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and dining area. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Support team members and contribute to a smooth front-of-house operation. Collect payments from tables.

Job Requirements:

Three months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort or private club required. Minimum of 18 years of age. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be passionate about service, and able to multi-task. Must be able to lift & move 50 pounds. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
