Team Members will prepare food, measure and mix ingredients, cook raw meats, and assemble food products in compliance with standards. Successful candidates will maintain a positive attitude and enjoy a high paced, customer-facing environment. Adheres to the Core Purpose and Core Values as established by the Executive Team and Tribal Council. Ability to maintain awareness of your surroundings while effectively prioritizing the Core Purpose. Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas stocked and spotless. Demonstrate trustworthiness and flexibility towards other team members and assist others when able. Accountable to the organization and department goals, objectives, and policies. Create a welcoming environment by engaging with guests while performing all job functions. Anticipate guest's needs; always be thoughtful. Perform all other tasks as requested by Store Manager/Assistant Manager. Active participation in pre-shift and post-shift huddles. Accountable and responsible for cash drawers and acceptable forms of payment; ensuring compliance with all applicable standards. Ensure compliance with Tribal and applicable Federal and State laws, by all Team Members. Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels. May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Board Hearings. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record. Ability to work well in a team environment Basic to intermediate computer literacy a plus Ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage time effectively. A propensity to provide above and beyond Kalispel Hospitality while interacting with guests and fellow teammates. Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Other Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit. Washington State Food Handler Permit within 14 days of start date. Hepatitis A vaccination.
