Server Position

Forum Social House is actively pursuing candidates to fill our Server position. Forum Social House is on the 3rd floor of Lincoln Square North, and includes 18 holes of upscale miniature golf, restaurant, two bars, banquet rooms for private events/dining, and a Topgolf Swing Suite with 4 full swing virtual golf simulators. We are looking for the right individual to complete our extensively seasoned team of hospitality experts. The Server position requires advanced organizational skills, customer service skills and team accountability. The right individual will be self-regulating, thrive in a team atmosphere and ensure that the guest experience always comes first. Current safe serve and Class 12 compliance is required of all Service staff working in the venue. Requirements

• 21+ required to work in bar service area
• 2+ years in high volume food and beverage operation preferred
• POS proficiency (Toast, Aloha, Micros
• cash handling
• team player with strong communication and guest service emphasis
• banquet and private event experience preferred
• reliable transportation
• positive attitude
• open to learning new skills and welcoming growth
