Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of memorable dining experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns swiftly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Handle food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures diligently Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to upsell menu items confidently using sales techniques tailored to individual guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary sanitation training prior to start date Experience with wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, spirits, and food industry standards highly desirable Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!
