Overview The main duties of the Server Assistant are to clear and reset tables as needed, support service staff with table maintenance issues. The Server Assistants ensure guest satisfaction, as they have the ability to leave a positive impression upon our guests.

Season End:

Responsibilities Clear and reset tables to standards Ensure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and glassware is not chipped Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss Keep refillable beverages full Notify server when bringing coffee, tea or other beverages to tables so that these beverages can be charged properly Inform server of potential issues with guests Stock/restock appropriate linens Stock/restock station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers Complete assigned side work.
