Job Description
Thai by Day is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Busser / Food Runner to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. In addition to supporting the dining room, this team member will assist with phone orders and takeout operations. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and efficiently Clear, clean, and reset tables Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, lobby, and service areas Answer incoming phone calls professionally Take and process takeout orders accurately Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations Package and organize takeout orders Restock supplies and complete side work as assigned Support front-of-house and kitchen staff as needed Qualifications Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic cash handling and order-taking skills preferred Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Training provided Opportunities for advancement
