Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient order entry and processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to uphold safety standards in compliance with food safety regulations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support other restaurant operations including bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and assisting hosts/hostesses as needed Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering and food handling Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Previous experience with serving, upselling, and guest relations in the food industry is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
