Responsibilities listed below. Compensation Servers start at $17.13 plus tips. Shift-supervisor starts at $20. Tips plus hourly wage averages $29-33/hour.

Server Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience Prepare and deliver checks, process payments, and handle cash transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service Warmly greets and acknowledges guests upon arrival. Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner. Accurately takes guest orders. Follows all safety and sanitation policies. Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Person in Charge at any time Shift supervising Responsibilities 1-2 shifts a week shift supervising.

Responsibilities include:

Assigning side work and tasks to FOH employees Running end of night reports and balancing till Handle and resolve any customer issues or complaints Ensure all closing or opening duties are completed

Requirements:

Obtain and maintain a current food handler permit & MAST Class 12 Open availability.
