Server/Waiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner
• Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism
• Process payments and accurately handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
