Join Our Team - Lead Server (Part-Time, On-Call) Chef Dane Catering | Lynnwood, WA Step into a Lead Server role with Chef Dane Catering, where culinary excellence and exceptional service unite to create unforgettable events. With nearly 25 years excellence in the catering industry, from upscale corporate gatherings to refined social soirées, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals, ensuring flawless service and an atmosphere of refinement.
Responsibilities:
Impeccable Service:
Provide exceptional guest experiences during events. L eadership &
Coordination:
Oversee event staff and service flow, delegate tasks, ensure timelines are followed, make necessary critical decisions.
Event Logistics:
Handle event packing and food transportation and driving the company vehicle to and from events.
Bar Experience:
Must be Mast 12 certified in order to qualify for position.
Team Collaboration/Mentorship:
Work seamlessly in a fast-paced team environment. Support and guide new servers and bartenders, modeling excellence in hospitality and service. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous lead server, event service, and catering experience preferred.
Professionalism:
Represent our company with charm and professionalism.

Flexibility:
Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Competitive pay:
$23-30/hour base + gratuities Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
