As a Server here at Kochi Pocha, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with Washington State regulations. Explain menu items, Korean dishes, and drink selections to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas. Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
