Job Description

Waiter/Waitress/Front House Server Pho Nguyen's House We are looking for a dedicated and friendly server to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for someone reliable to join our team to work weekday and weekend shift from 10am-9:0pm.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Provide menu recommendations and maintain solid knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, including pho and traditional dishes. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner. Bus and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean dining area. Perform opening and closing duties, including side work and restocking. Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience through attentive and personalized service. Communicate effectively with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
