Job Description
At Happy Pho, we take pride in serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a dedicated and friendly server to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Provide menu recommendations and maintain solid knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, including pho and traditional dishes. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner. Bus and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean dining area. Perform opening and closing duties, including side work and restocking. Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience through attentive and personalized service. Communicate effectively with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry (restaurant serving experience preferred). Bilingual in English and Vietnamese preferred, but not a hard requirement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine. Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain).
