Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Manage the dining area efficiently, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness. Utilize POS systems for order entry and table management. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service and anticipating needs. Requirements Previous experience in Japanese restaurants preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Must be able to work flexible hours. Must be 21 years old or above.
