Server/Front of House

Wage is $17.13 per hour plus tip Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Manage reservations using OpenTable and assist with walk-in guests. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly after guests leave. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to enhance their experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided for those unfamiliar.
