Front of House Staff

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as taking orders, processing payments, preparing take-out orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.•Key Responsibilities Warmly greet guests and provide a friendly dining experience. Accurately take and process food and drink orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries. Process cash and card transactions using a cash register or POS system. Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing and sanitizing tables. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.•Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and promote specials. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.•
