Job Description
Terra Plata is a lively restaurant where the food is inspired by our farmers and seasonal cuisine. It is located on Capitol Hill, Seattle's most diverse neighborhood.
We are looking for servers that offer warm service, pay attention to the details, are good multitaskers, familiar with Toast POS is a plus, and works well with others.
Weekend availability. The ability to lift 25+ pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking with going up and down stairs. Looking to contribute to a fun and compassionate team environmentrestaurant. Strong knowledge of wine, food, and spirits is a plus.
What's in it for you:21.30 per hour plus tips (we are a tip pooled house)While customer dependent, our servers typically earn on average $30 - $50+ per hour including tips and hourly compensation.

Who we are looking for:
Servers and bartenders that are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality (part-time or full-time). Our goal is to give our guests a memorable experience. This requires being engaged, sincere, and enjoy people and great food. Our team-centric service is of the utmost importance. Good teamwork is a must, together we create the experience that makes guests want to return and a culture that inspires a supportive team atmosphere and have fun while doing it. Our FOH team is a major part of the equation that creates a positive environment. Duties include:
Side work, food running, expo, attentive engaged service for our guests and most importantly, take care of our guests and make them happy.Requirements:
