We are a full service breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant that has been serving the West Seattle community area since 2003.
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
  • Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
