About the bar:

A new cocktail bar & lounge opening in the heart of Pioneer Square is seeking experienced servers to join our team.

Set to open in May, our bar is a medium-sized, upscale space built around well-executed cocktails, and is designed for bringing people together in a relaxed, conversation-driven atmosphere. Our cocktail program focuses on bringing back forgotten classic cocktails, with an emphasis on quality from ingredient selection and spirit choice to technique and presentation. Alongside cocktails, we offer a thoughtful wine list and a selection of small plates designed to complement the drinks. Our goal is to maintain a high standard across all parts of the guest experience both in service, and product.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced servers who enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace
• Ability to provide informed recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wine, and small plate pairings
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and safety
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates memorable guest interactions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysQualifications
• 2+ years of serving experience at a cocktail bar (or equivalent), with a willingness to continue learning
• Knowledge of alcohol service and food safety standards
• Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit (MAST) and Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)Compensation
• $22/hr + Tips Pooled Weekly
• 8 Hour Shifts
