Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while efficiently managing food service and cash handling tasks. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and beverage orders accurately, using the Aloha POS system to process transactions. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in making informed choices. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash register operations and maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations while preparing and serving food. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations, to create a welcoming atmosphere. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience with cash handling and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role. Experience in nightclub settings is a plus but not mandatory.
