Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements Experience Previous restaurant experience with a focus on food service, hospitality, or the food industry is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in diverse settings Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, billing, and transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, culinary expertise, and a positive attitude.
