Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them to their seats efficiently Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent guest relations and communication skills Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of host stand, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with health and safety standards Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving or bussing tables as needed Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating courteous phone etiquette and engaging positively with all guests Skills Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations professionally Excellent communication skills to clearly convey orders, specials, and respond to guest needs Familiarity with restaurant POS system TOAST Knowledge of food service procedures, including serving techniques and hospitality best practices Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across hospitality settings Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through energetic service and genuine hospitality!
