Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and providing correct change Maintain cleanliness of tables, bussing dishes promptly, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting throughout service Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive demeanor Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Join us to be part of a lively team that values dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
