We're a hospitality-driven neighborhood restaurant in Downtown Tacoma! The food is elevated, the bar is thoughtful, and the room hums on a Friday night in a way we're genuinely proud of. But the thing we care about most the thing pulling us back to work every morning is the team and the culture we're building inside these four walls.

Our standard is two words: Approachable Excellence. Sharp, thoughtful, polished, but never stuffy. We believe great food is the price of admission. Hospitality is the thing people actually come back for. Every shift, we're chasing one sentence from our guest: "That was really special."We're hiring a part-time server to join us. pre-shift lineup that actually means something. Tonight's covers, the VIPs, one thing we're doing better than yesterday, and a shoutout for a teammate who crushed it last service. Ten minutes that set the tone.

A kitchen and a floor that actually like each other. No "us vs. them." We win the night together.

Owners who are in the building and accessible to you (not necessarily on the floor, but they are around), know your name, and care about what kind of day you're having.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING

Fine-dining experience is a plus but not required. Attitude, presence, and coachability matter more than where you've worked before. If you've never served and you've got the right energy tell us. If you've been doing this for 15 years and you want a change, let's talk.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

$17.13/hr + tips. Transparent, sales-based tip-out no pool politics, no shift roulette. Strong servers here realistically pull $60-70/hr blended.
