As a Host you will be required to greet guests in a warm and timely manner, setting the tone for the customers dining experience. You will manage reservations, and wait times, answer phones, buss and set tables, keep the dining area clean, and help the servers in an efficient manner while keeping a smile on your face. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for checking that entree's are correct, making salads and desserts, the efficient delivery of food orders to guests, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area, and supporting the overall dining experience. • Responsibilities:

• HOST
• Greet the guests with a warm smile
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Organize reservations
• Take to go orders-Buss and set tables-Support the servers by helping with refills and pre-bussing tables-Keep the dining area clean and sanitary-EXPO-Deliver food orders to guests promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the prep area
• Support servers by refilling beverages and clearing tables as needed
• Uphold food safety standards and practices at all times
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the dining experience
• Assist in various tasks to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

• Skills:

• Prior experience in bussing or food running is not required , but the ability and desire to learn is.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
