Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for interacting with our Residents and ensuring they have a wonderful dining experience ensuring they feel appreciated and well taken care of. Assume 100% responsibility for quality Guests' experience. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Ensure assigned sections is in impeccable condition for seating of Guests during entirety of shift. Confidently and accurately answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant information. Responsible for pre-bussing, clearing, cleaning, and setting tables/sections for seating of Guests. Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guest. Assist other servers during peak periods in delivering food and guest requests. Manage the schedule for the entire server team Responsible for securing staffing coverage for call outs and scheduled time off. Assist in coordination and delivery of resident activities and special events. Assist in conflict resolution related to both staff and residents. Maintain a professional and personable appearance. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Perform other duties as assigned. This position's regular schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3pm but does require as needed coverage for a variety of shifts available including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
