Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and personable servers to join the team at Kascadia Public House. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused setting. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests from the moment they're seated to the time they leave ensuring every visit is welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously with a warm, welcoming attitudePresent menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about the menu and specialsTake accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficientlyServe food and drinks in a timely and courteous mannerMonitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concernsCollaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flowMaintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areasHandle guest payments accurately and efficientlyUphold all food safety and sanitation standardsSupport a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture

Qualifications:

2+ years of serving experience in a full-service restaurantStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to multitask and remain calm under pressureKnowledge of POS systems (Toast)Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededProfessional appearance and demeanorA passion for hospitality and creating a family-friendly guest experience
