Food Runner / ExpoVon's 1000Spirits WoodinvilleHeritage 1904 and our collection of hospitality businesses Von's 1000Spirits, Northwest Spirits, and Sharps Roasthouse are excited to announce we are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and team-driven Food Runners / Expos to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and at the highest standard. You'll act as the bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house team, helping create a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and executionAct as an expo by organizing tickets, communicating with the kitchen, and coordinating food timingEnsure all dishes meet company standards before leaving the kitchenCommunicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flowAssist with garnishing, plating support, and final quality checks as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of expo line, service stations, and dining areasSupport the team with bussing, restocking, and guest needs during peak serviceComplete opening and closing sidework dutiesFollow all food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or high-volume environment preferredStrong sense of urgency and attention to detailAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPassion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experienceFlexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysConsistent attendance and punctuality

Compensation:

Hourly:

$19.00 plus tipsEstimated total on-target earnings: $25-$32 per hour
