Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our dynamic team for the Summer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale dining service. As a Server at The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and enhancing their overall dining experience.

SundaysResponsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experienceTake drink orders with precision and attention to detailServe food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient mannerKnowledgeably describe menu items, wine selections, and provide recommendations to guestsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasswareProcess payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system (Toast)Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth and timely serviceUphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all timesWork events as scheduled in our event spaces

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender/server in an upscale restaurant environmentFriday, Saturday, and Sunday availability requiredExtensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage service techniquesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiencesMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
