Greet guests with warmth, poise, and professionalism Manage reservations and optimize guest flow Maintain accurate wait times and seating coordination Uphold a polished and welcoming front-of-house presence BUSSERS Reset and maintain tables with speed and attention to detail Support servers to ensure seamless service flow Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room Anticipate service needs and assist proactively EXPO (FOOD RUNNER) Ensure accuracy and presentation of every dish leaving the kitchen Communicate effectively between kitchen and service team Deliver food promptly while maintaining presentation standards Support timing and flow of service during peak periods
