Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage host/hostess duties to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Assist servers with food running, bussing tables, and providing support during busy service times Support kitchen staff by helping with food prep, plating, or basic food handling as needed handle cash transactions responsible Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly service, upselling menu items, and promoting specials using OpenTable or similar reservation platforms Skills Proven experience in food service roles such as serving, bussing, hosting, or kitchen support in a fast-paced environment cash handling Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest relations and hospitality Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management during high-volume periods Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus for creating upscale guest experiences Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and processing payments accurately Culinary or kitchen experience preferred but, we will train Join us if you're ready to bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to our team!
