Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. This position is seasonal. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
Skills:
- Experience in the culinary or food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Proficient in food handling and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
