About Us:
- We are a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant seeking dedicated servers to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a lively environment, we'd love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and drink orders, inputting them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and provide suggestions when needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle payment transactions, including cash and credit card processing
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
