Address guest complaints and issues calmly, referring them to management when necessary.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality setting is preferred. Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling as required by state regulations.
