Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve meals and beverages promptly
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Some additional duties are required such as washing dishes, answering phones, and doing some prep work.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using cash registers and handling payments
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• We are looking for each applicant to be over 18 at this time.
• The hours we are looking to fill are Fridays 3:45-9 with other days possible, depending on coverage and workload.
