In this pivotal role, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, oversee daily restaurant operations, and mentor staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your expertise in food preparation, POS systems, and team management will drive the success of our service team. Duties Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment Train new team members on food handling, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently Manage shift operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling procedures Assist with food production, kitchen management, and ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house teams Conduct staff training sessions focused on culinary techniques, customer service excellence, and food safety compliance Support management in budgeting, labor cost control, and overall restaurant performance monitoring Requirements Proven experience in food service management within casual dining or fine dining settings with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, training & development programs, and team management Familiarity with inventory control practices, food safety standards, and hospitality management principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service Join us as a Lead Server/Trainer and be part of a passionate team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
