$10-$12 per hour + Tips Job Description The Back Door is seeking friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to provide exceptional service in our luxury cocktail lounge and speakeasy. Our servers play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide attentive table service Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver drinks and menu items promptly Educate guests on cocktails, menu offerings, and specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections Process guest payments accurately Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Qualifications Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive pay: $10-$12 per hour Tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Growth opportunities within the company About The Back Door The Back Door is a luxury cocktail lounge and speakeasy offering handcrafted cocktails, elevated hospitality, and an intimate atmosphere.
