Job Description

Servers provide friendly and efficient customer service while ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and provide menus
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
  • Process payments and handle cash responsibly
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
  • Promote food, beverages, and specials
  • Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff
  • Follow Wisconsin alcohol service laws
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Prior experience preferred but not required
  • Must meet Wisconsin alcohol serving requirements
  • 18+ preferred
