Job Description

Dishwasher/Pizza Maker/Food Runner Join our team at Pickerel Point Resort Bar and Grill! We are a high-energy Bar and Grill looking for a reliable, multi-talented team member who isn't afraid to jump in where needed. Whether you're making pizzas, ensuring our dishes sparkle, or getting a meal to a hungry guest, you are the engine that keeps us running.
Pay :
$15-18 / hour + tips (based on tasks you can independently complete)
Shifts :
Saturday afternoons, and Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. (choose any or all shifts, it can be summer help or year-round)
Responsibilities:
Pizza Making :
Assemble, bake, cut, and deliver pizzas with precision.
Dishwashing :
Maintain a clean, sanitized station and ensure the team has the tools they need to succeed.
Food Running :
Deliver orders accurately and quickly to guests with a friendly attitude.
Team Support :
Help with basic food prep (chopping, portioning, stocking containers), food assembly, and keeping the dining area clean.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience is not required. We will train the right candidate. A "team-first" attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to stay calm and move fast in a busy kitchen environment. Strong communication skills for both the kitchen and guests. Physical stamina to stand for shifts and lift 25#. Ability to reach overhead and under shelving and equipment.
