You will work in our Poolside Gazebo and around the Pool. Hours include daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays. Pay is based on hourly wage + tips.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Perform set-up, clean-up, and closing duties, as assigned by manager(s) Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, members, and guests Familiarizes oneself with all selections on menu(s) Presents menu to diner, suggests menu items, and appropriate drinks, and answers questions regarding food Assists members and guests with orders inside the Gazebo and tableside at the Pool Enters order into the POS and serves courses from the kitchen and Gazebo Ensure that customer dishes are correct and satisfactory and takes necessary steps to ensure a satisfied customer Ladles soup, tosses salad, portions pies, and desserts, brews coffee, and performs other services Totals bill and accepts payment Clears and resets tables Stocks items within the Gazebo from various areas within the Clubhouse Other various duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to stand/walk a minimum of 8 hours or as needed. Must be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to 8 hours or as needed. Ability to read and interpret documents
