Hospitality Associate

Hospitality Roles! One of our main Clients is looking for a Lifeguards, Banquet service , Room Cleaners and concessions . Pay Rate:

$13.00 to 16.00

Schedule:

8 hours per day 5 days a week. (exact times will be discussed the first day) What We're Looking For Lifegards Must be at least 15 years of age Not a certified Lifeguard? Not a problem! Candidates complete a 3-day certification course. A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others. Banquet servers & Concessions Prepare and present food items according to menu specifications and client preferences. Manage food handling and safety protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations. Set up and break down catering equipment, including tables, chairs, linens, and serving stations. Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the event. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils during all phases of food service. Cash Register experience. Customer Service experinece. Room Cleaners Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed Key Responsibilities Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Promises daily. Assist with opening and closing procedures of Rides, attractions, and park cleanliness. Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns. Conduct water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary. Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed A Sampling of Our Benefits Medical Dental Vision
