Job Description
Guest Experience & Hospitality Greet every guest with warmth, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. Execute service using our hospitality playbook—anticipating needs, handling issues gracefully, and ensuring every interaction feels intentional. Maintain a clean, welcoming, organized shop floor at all times. Food Handling Prepare and heat breakfast items using the Merrychef ovens, following standardized cook profiles and handling procedures. Assemble grab-and-go items, overnight oats, pastries, and other offerings according to portion guidelines. Ensure all food meets freshness and quality expectations. Ability to memorize and create drinks perfectly Pay - 12/hr + tips Weekdays avg 8/hr in tips Weekends avg 12/hr in tips Requirements Minimum 1 Year barista experience (not optional) Upbeat personality, 0 tolerance for drama and negativity. Consistent Thursday-Sunday Availability 7am-12pm (20hrs/week) with potential for taking on and switching other co-workers shifts if needed. We have created an extremely fun environment to work at with all of our employees and owners acting as a team where nobody is above another person.
